Welcome to AKD Trade, Pakistan’s first online trading website. In line with our motto of providing to all our clients a high level of customer care experience, we would like to introduce you to our new Call Centre and full-featured Interactive Voice Response system.
 
 
 
With a rapidly increasing client base, AKD Trade felt the need to serve its customers even better. Based on customer needs along with the nature of transactions, AKD Trade made the decision to invest in a state-of-the-art Call Centre.

Our trained and courteous staff is available at our Call Centre to answer your queries or provide you guidance. AKD Trade Call Center Officers are available from 9:00 A.M. to 07:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday and 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Saturdays, over the phone for our valuable customers.

 
Our Call Centre will provide you with the following services:
Order Placement
Index / Market Rates
Complete Account Portfolio Information
Cash Withdrawal Request
Share Inventory / General Ledger / Dividend Statement Requests
Request change in E-mail/mailing address/telephone number
Issuance of User ID, Password and PIN
Complaints
No brokerage firm has ever offered its customers the convenience AKD Trade has.

Furthermore, all customer interactions are recorded. Nothing goes unnoticed at the AKD Trade call centre.

 

An IVR is an automated system that is plugged into computer telephony systems and is activated when a customer calls AKD Trade.

IVRs consist of a series of voice recordings through which a wide range of services can be offered. These services are presented to the caller as a series of options. The caller can make his/her choice by entering digits via a touch-tone phone.

These recordings are comprehensive and can guide a caller through an entire call. The caller, of course, has the option to speak to an AKD Trade Officer at any point during the call.

For security reasons, all AKD Trade account holders are required to punch in their customer account numbers and PIN.
