You may transfer your shares from your AKD Trade account to your CDC Investor's account by simply sending us an email at info@akdtrade.com. Make sure to mention CDC account holder's participant name and ID in your email

Conversion Of Physical Shares to CDC
We are pleased to announce that in order to facilitate our clients, AKD-Trade has re-commenced the conversion of Physical Shares to CDC shares. The salient features of the policy are discussed below:

• Physical Shares in your name will be converted to CDC Format and transferred to your AKD Trade Account

• Copies of CNIC, must be submitted at the time of request.

• All physical shares must be VERIFIED by the company's registrar.

• Turn around Time for conversion of shares is at least 3-4 weeks.

• A Conversion charge of PKR 50 will be charged for every 500 physical shares or less for conversion into CDC format.

• The policy is also valid for those who wish to open their accounts at AKD Trade with the physical shares.

• Expatriate (overseas) clients are requested to email at info@akdtrade.com for further information on transferring their physical shares to their AKD Trade account.

Dividend, Right Shares & Bonus Shares Disbursals
Dividends are directly sent to the client or credited in their respective bank accounts by the share registrar. Right share allotment letters are also directly sent to the customer's mailing address by the registrar

Bonus Shares are credited into the accounts of eligible AKD Trade accountholders upon receipt from the company/registrar without any delays.
