Welcome to AKD Trade, Pakistan’s first online trading website. In line with our motto of providing all our clients a high level of customer care experience, we would like to introduce you to our new Contact Center and full-featured Interactive Voice Response system.

AKD Trade Contact Center

With a rapidly increasing client base, AKD Trade felt the need to serve its customers even better. Based on customer needs along with the nature of transactions, AKD Trade made the decision to invest in a state-of-the-art Contact Center.

Our trained and courteous staff is available at our Contact Center to answer your queries or provide you guidance. AKD Trade Call Center Officers are available from 9:00 A.M. to 06:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday and 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Saturdays, for our valuable customers.

Our Contact Center will provide you with the following services:
  • Order Placement
  • Index / Market Rates
  • Complete Account Portfolio Information
  • Cash Withdrawal Request
  • Share Inventory / General Ledger / Dividend Statement Requests
  • Request change in E-mail/mailing address/telephone number
  • Issuance of User ID and Password
  • Complaints Lodging

No brokerage firm has ever offered its customers the convenience AKD Trade has.
Furthermore, all customer interactions are recorded. Nothing goes unnoticed at the AKD Trade Contact Center.

AKD Trade Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

An IVR is an automated system that is plugged into computer telephony systems and is activated when a customer calls AKD Trade.

IVRs consist of a series of voice recordings through which a wide range of services can be offered. These services are presented to the caller as a series of options.
The caller can make his/her choice by entering digits via a touch-tone phone.

These recordings are comprehensive and can guide a caller through an entire call. The caller, of course, has the option to speak to an AKD Trade Officer at any point during the call.

IVR Services

The AKD Trade IVR provides its users the same facilities as our website does.
AKD Trade customers can:

  • Inquire about their portfolios which include
  • Inquire about their order status
  • Cancel orders
  • Get real-time Market Watch
  • Speak to an AKD Trade Officer
  • For security reasons, all AKD Trade account holders are required to punch in their customer account numbers and PIN.

Please note: The Trading PIN used to process trades and the PIN required for Contact Center services are identical.

System response, Account access times, Trade executions may differ due to various factors including Market conditions, System performance, quote delays. There can be considerable risk of loss in electronic trading.
It is therefore important for you to consider if such trading is suitable for you with respect to your situation and financial resources.
